No Doubt - Live in Las Vegas FULL SHOW (Rock in Rio USA)

No Doubt - Live in Las Vegas FULL SHOW (Rock in Rio USA)

No Doubt is an American ska band from Anaheim, California, that formed in 1986. Since 1994, the group has consisted of vocalist Gwen Stefani, bassist and keyboardist Tony Kanal, guitarist and keyboardist Tom Dumont, and drummer Adrian Young. Since the mid-1990s in live performances and the studio, they have been supported by keyboardist and trombonist Gabrial McNair and keyboardist and trumpeter Stephen Bradley.

With Tragic Kingdom (1995), No Doubt emerged as a leading force in popular music. Their distinctive sound—with flavors of ska, punk, and pop—won over many new fans. Reaching the top of the album charts in late 1996, the recording's success was driven in part by the hit single "Just a Girl," which has been seen as an anti-sexism anthem by many. The video for the song helped make Stefani both a fashion icon and a star. Much like Madonna before her, Stefani wowed fans with her distinctive personal style. Her look borrowed from many different scenes and cultures, from punk-style bondage pants to a forehead decoration known as a bindi traditionally worn by some Indian women.

No Doubt's full live set for Rock in Rio from Las Vegas, Nevada on May 8, 2015.

Setlist: Hella Good / It’s My Life / Underneath It All All / Settle Down / Ex-Girlfriend / Hey Baby / Sparkle / New / Simple Kind of Life (acoustic) / Magic’s In The Makeup (acoustic) / Excuse Me Mr. (acoustic) / Sunday Morning / Bathwater / End It On This / Don’t Speak / Just a Girl // Spiderwebs

FULL CONCERT - MAROON 5 LIVE AT ROCK IN RIO

MAROON 5 LIVE AT ROCK IN RIO 2017 FULL CONCERT

According to the press, and summed up by Walter Tunis of the Lexington Herald-Leader, Maroon 5 was "one of the hottest new pop rock bands in the land."

In February 2005 the music industry added its approval to the statement by presenting Maroon 5 with a Grammy Award for Best New Artist. Ironically, although considered new on the music scene, the band actually had been performing together for ten years.

In addition, their success in 2005 was built around an album, Songs about Jane, that was three years old. Since the album's 2002 release Maroon 5 toured almost nonstop, and thanks to word of mouth, their fan base slowly grew.

As a result several singles, including "This Love" and "She Will Be Loved," began receiving constant airplay on radio and MTV, and finally settled comfortably at the top of the U.S. song charts.

Blur- Live at Hyde Park 2012 (Full Concert) legend

Blur- Live at Hyde Park 2012 (Full Concert) legend

Blur closed the London Olympics 2012 with their typically grand fashion. Although some fans complained about the lack of volume and sound, Blur sounded great to those who were lucky enough to be able to watch them live in Hyde Park on the evening of August 12th 2012

To sum it up: Blur are a great pop-rock band, but only a passable live band. Live playing is not one of their major strengths (not that the same criticism doesn't apply to the vast majority of pop-rock bands from the last two decades, of course), and since, up to this point, their half-hearted reunions have only resulted in live albums, there has not really been a lot of sense in that reunion, other than heat Hyde Park up a couple degrees on a nice summer day. No thumbs down (there's so many great songs here, and they manage not to murder at least half of them), but no serious excitement, either. See them if you ever have the chance — a legend is a legend, after all — but for the ideal moving picture, choose a set of lip-synced videos instead.

Blur Live at Hyde Park 2012 , at the close of the Olympics. Enjoy this great concert !

the stated ambition of London 2012 was, of course, to inspire a youthful generation. Tonight's sold-out Closing Ceremony Celebration Concert does inspire a generation, but one that was at university when you still had to queue for payphones to call home.

Blur's first big hit came in 1991, the year before Team GB's double gold medal-winning cyclist Laura Trott was born, and support slots from New Order and the Specials – while enthusiastically delivered and warmly received – only underline this as a celebration of British music past.

Indeed, Blur's frontman and driving force, Damon Albarn, had said this might be the band's final performance. But then Albarn has always been a competitive soul, and you wonder if he's just trying to outdo the culmination of the Olympics for significance.

Then, abruptly, Madness are cut mid-song and the screens withdraw to reveal our headliners, under a replica of Albarn's beloved Westway. The band launch into an incendiary Girls and Boys, and, for the next two hours, Hyde Park is theirs.

As Albarn's bandmates deliver the rousing instrumental finale to that last song, the frontman gazes into the crowd, blinking back tears, struggling to take it all in. Tonight, London has bid farewell to one of its finest fortnights. Whether it's also said goodbye to one of its best bands seems to be something Albarn himself is wrestling with as he bangs his fist to his heart and exits the stage.

LIVE FULL - nirvana concerts 1992 at Reading

LIVE FULL - nirvana concerts 1992 at Reading

Nirvana’s legendary 1992 Reading concert is ranked #1 in Kerrang Magazine’s “100 Gigs That Shook The World” and voted as “Nirvana’s #1 Greatest Moment” by fans in an NME poll.

Nirvana’s historic August 30, 1992 headlining appearance at the UK’s Reading Festival is one of the most bootlegged concerts in the annals of rock’n’roll.

Now, fans can own a pristine copy of that entire performance – color-corrected video from the original film with audio sourced from the original multi-track masters.

Forget the indulgent soloing and theatrical spectacle many live albums trade in. Live at Reading delivers instead an opportunity to revisit a key moment in rock history, unedited and unadorned, to experience the greatest rock’n’roll group of their era playing what became, tragically, their final performance on British soil. On this evidence, it was a truly remarkable night.

The 2009 album Live at Reading, captured at the British music festival in 1992, captured Nirvana at the peak of "Teen Spirit" mania.

The band doesn't sound quite overwhelmed by their newfound fame, playing a blistering set that had long been bootlegged.

Biography & song lyrics - Britney Spears lucky live vocals

Biography & song lyrics - Britney Spears lucky live vocals

Britney Spears Lyrics

"Lucky"

[Intro]
This is a story about a girl named Lucky

[Verse 1]
Early morning, she wakes up
Knock, knock, knock on the door
It's time for makeup, perfect smile
It's you they're all waiting for

[Pre-Chorus]
They go, "Isn't she lovely, this Hollywood girl?"
And they say

[Chorus]
She's so lucky, she's a star
But she cry, cry, cries in her lonely heart, thinking
If there's nothing missing in my life
Then why do these tears come at night

[Verse 2]
Lost in an image, in a dream
But there's no one there to wake her up
And the world is spinning, and she keeps on winning
But tell me what happens when it stops?

[Pre-Chorus]
They go, "Isn't she lovely, this Hollywood girl?"
And they say

[Chorus]
She's so lucky, she's a star
But she cry, cry, cries in her lonely heart, thinking
If there's nothing missing in my life
Then why do these tears come at night

[Interlude]
"Best actress, and the winner is Lucky!"
"I'm Roger Johnson for Pop News standing outside the arena waiting for Lucky"
"Oh my god here she comes!"

[Bridge]
Isn't she lovely, this Hollywood girl?
She is so lucky, but why does she cry?
If there's nothing missing in her life
Why do tears come at night?

[Chorus]
She's so lucky, she's a star
But she cry, cry, cries in her lonely heart, thinking
If there's nothing missing in my life
Then why do these tears come at night
She's so lucky, she's a star
But she cry, cry, cries in her lonely heart, thinking
If there's nothing missing in my life
Then why do these tears come at night
